Relief or Regret

We are all guilty of procrastinating at one point or another. Though the need to accomplish an immediate task is present, it is often overshadowed by the desire for a more enjoyable or comfortable task. The idea of putting it off for a better time may seem reasonable at the time, but it’s a deception to believe there is any relief in the future. Instead, procrastination produces frustration and stress, which can make it difficult to work productively.

So the next time you are faced with the option of doing “IT” now or doing “IT” later, consider the following questions:

Loose precious time

Forfeit opportunities


This week, make an effort to focus on accomplishing the most important task and then move on to the next. Before long, you will have experienced the productivity you’ve longed for.
